On the BMC-800, a horizontal machining center that Shibaura Machine (known before as Toshiba Machine) places in its BMC series, each pallet is 31.5 x 31.5 in (800 x 800 mm) and takes a maximum load of 4400 lbs (2000 kg). The table prints strokes in pairs: X 49.2/63.0 in (1250/1600 mm), Y 39.4/49.2 in (1000/1250 mm) and Z 35.4/47.2 in (900/1200 mm), with the longer travels listed as an extended stroke option.
