Shibaura Machine, formerly Toshiba Machine, lists the BMC-1000 as a horizontal machining center in its BMC series. The specification table prints two X strokes, 63/78.7 in (1600/2000 mm), and two Y strokes, 49.2/59.0 in (1250/1500 mm), and an extended stroke is named among the options.
