DN Solutions Rebrand, and the Multi-Tasking Line
Doosan Machine Tools rebranded to DN Solutions in 2022, so don't be surprised if the nameplate says one and the paperwork says the other. We buy both under the same evaluation, whether it's an older Doosan-badged Puma or a newer DN Solutions unit. SMX multi-tasking machines, which combine turning with live tooling paired to a secondary spindle, round out what we purchase, alongside the Puma, Lynx, DNM, NHP, and Mynx lines already in our inventory. Puma turning centers span a wide range on their own, the 2100 and 2600 handle smaller bar work while the 3100 and larger models step up in chuck size and bar capacity, and we scope each individually rather than pricing the whole Puma line the same way.
