What the maker published about the Mazak VTC 300 C II
Mazak gave the VTC-300C II, one of its VTC vertical machining centers, a table working surface of 760 mm by 2,000 mm. Motion is split three ways. The saddle carries the longitudinal X axis through 1,740 mm, the column moves 760 mm across on Y, and the spindle head has 660 mm of vertical Z stroke. A rapid figure of 36 m/min is printed separately for each of those axes. The standard spindle is rated to a maximum of 12,000 rpm. A magazine of 30 tools comes standard, the shanks being MAS BT-40 or CAT40. Mazak printed the width of the machine as 4,450 mm and its depth as 3,460 mm, both given for the standard build.
