Citizen's Cincom L20X, the type X build of the L20 family, turns bar of up to ∅20 mm and machines 200 mm per chucking. The brochure centers the machine on a Y2 axis, which it says doubles the tool count possible at the opposite post and the back post. Mounted tools reach 39 in total: 25 on the gang post, 6 on the opposite post and 8 on the back post, whose upper row of four is driven. A 2.2 / 3.7 kW motor turns the main spindle to 10,000 rpm, and its through-hole measures ∅ 24 mm. Facing it, the back spindle grips parts up to ∅20 mm at 8,000 rpm. Gang rotary tools reach 5,000 rpm, rated 4,000 rpm. The rotary build of the opposite post is marked as an option, and its front rotary unit is listed at 7,500 rpm, rated 6,000. Gang and opposite posts can cut at once, in what Citizen calls pinch turning and pinch milling.
