Five T-slots run along the table, and its load rating is 3500 lb, evenly distributed. The 40-taper spindle takes CT40, HSK-A63 or BT40 holders. Its drive is inline direct-drive, rated 30.0 hp, with a speed limit of 8100 rpm. Without the gearbox, 90.0 ft-lbf is on tap at 2000 rpm. With the optional gearbox fitted, the 450 rpm torque figure is 250 ft-lbf. A 20-station carousel holds the tools, and swapping one for another takes 4.20 s on average. Chip to chip, the figure is 4.50 s. Rapid traverse is 1000 ipm per axis, and the fastest programmed cut is 650 ipm. Clearance under the spindle nose spans 4.2 in to 29.2 in.
