What the maker publishes about the current Toshiba TUE-200
Shibaura Machine's TUE-200 is a vertical turning and boring mill built around a wall-type column, from the maker once called Toshiba Machine, and its (S) version adds a live spindle in the ram. A 2,000 mm table spins to 240 rpm and is rated for 15,000 kg, and the swing reaches 2,400 mm. On X the head travels from minus 50 to 1,350 mm; on Z it covers 900 mm, while the crossrail can be raised or lowered 1,000 mm as a setting move that the NC does not control. In the (S) machine the live spindle runs 15 to 3,000 rpm from an AC motor rated 25/20 HP and takes 7/24 No. 50 taper holders that seat on the taper and the flange face together, with through-spindle coolant standard and 18 tools in its ATC pod. A linear scale gives position feedback on X. Under the table, the bed is ribbed cast iron, the design is laid out symmetrically for heat, and the table lubricant passes through a cooling unit to keep heat distortion down.

This is a 50-taper spindle — the 7:24 steep taper that CAT-50, BT-50 and DIN 69871 (SK-50) holders all share. They share the taper and nothing else that matters: the retention knob and the flange form differ between those standards, so holders do not swap between them without changing pull studs. Knowing which standard a machine was tooled for is worth doing before the holders are packed.
