The GENOS L250II-e is a CNC lathe from Okuma, one of four machines in its GENOS L series alongside the GENOS L2000-e, L3000-e and L400II-e. For the GENOS LII line, Okuma states that each machine stands on a cast iron base made in one piece and runs on a horizontal way system. The faces on which the headstock and the tailstock are mounted are scraped by hand. The model's specification table puts maximum turning diameter at 220 mm. Turning length is 290 mm as standard, and a 500 mm length is printed in brackets, which the table marks as optional. The spindle tops out at 4,500 min-1, and the motor rating reads 11/7.5 kW. The machine holds 12 tools. Its feature column is left blank, so the page names no milling, Y-axis or loader build for this model.
