4 Mazak QTU 200MSY listings have come through the used market we track: 3 marketplaces, built 2017–2020 where given; one early year that only one marketplace reports is left out.
Mazak made the QTU-200MSY in Kentucky, a small-footprint CNC turning center that has a main spindle, a second spindle, a turret that drives rotary milling tools, and Y-axis travel off the centerline. Each spindle is rated to 6000 rpm: the main one holds a 6 in chuck on 20.0 hp / 15 kw, the second a 5 in chuck on 10.0 hp / 8 kw, both on 1 minute ratings. Driven tools on the 12-tool upper turret turn as fast as 4500 rpm with 7.4 hp / 6 kw. One bed, 19.685 in long, is listed; over it the swing is 27.40 in, with parts machined to 13.500 in across by 22.403 in long, and bar passing up to 1.7 in. The X, Y, Z and W strokes come to 8.50 in, 4.00 in, 23.75 in and 23.00 in. The page also names a belt-free spindle drive, an integral-motor turret, a one-piece Z-axis way cover and an optional GR100 gantry loader.
