Brother's SPEEDIO R450X2 is a SPEEDIO model with a pallet changer fitted as standard, and Brother's Japanese page describes it. The changer is Brother's own QT table, a turntable that swaps two pallet faces without lifting them, in a sealed design. Brother pitches the pair of faces as a way to bring work that was split across two machines onto one, and pairs it with a 22 tool magazine for the same purpose. Travels are 450 mm in X, 320 mm in Y and 305 mm in Z, and rapids reach 50 m/min on all three. Its base spindle runs to 10,000 min-1; a high torque 10,000 min-1 version and a 16,000 min-1 spindle are options, and the magazine holds 14 or 22 tools. While the table turns, the machine positions X, Y and extra axes and changes tools at the same time. It needs 1,400 x 2,653 mm of floor, and a BIG-PLUS spindle, coolant through the spindle and a low table are options.

On the R450X2, Brother's Japanese page argues for folding the operations of two machines into one by using its two pallet faces, which it says evens out the balance of a production line, and it lists parts for cars and motorcycles and IT-related work as what Brother's machines cut.
