2022 Mazak VCN-575C
CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
3 Mazak VCN-575C listings have come through the used market we track: 3 marketplaces, built 2022 where given; one early year that only one marketplace reports is left out; 2 machines once repeats are merged.
The VCN-575C is made by Mazak in Kentucky, a C-frame vertical machining center of traditional build that works on three axes from a single table as standard; a fourth axis, through an NC rotary table, is optional. Under the high-torque spindle, which takes taper 50 tooling and turns to 6000 rpm while its motor can deliver 30.0 hp / 22 kw for 5 minutes, sits a 1300 mm by 570 mm table. Strokes: X 1050 mm, Y 570 mm, Z 510 mm. All three axes rapid at 1,654 ipm. Tool changes, handled by a servo-driven unit drawing on 24 pockets, take 5.2 seconds, the changer always heading by the shortest route to the next tool position. Linear guides are Mazak's own MX Hybrid Roller type. Programs go in as conversational input or EIA/ISO code, and automation integration is listed as an option.

High-torque cutting that clears metal hard and fast in tough-to-machine materials is the job Mazak's 2024 page gave the VCN-575C, filing it under aerospace, auto and truck, construction and agriculture, and energy work.
