2006 Mazak IVS 200

4 Mazak IVS 200 listings have come through the used market we track: 3 marketplaces, built 2006 where given; 3 machines once repeats are merged.
Mazak's IVS-200 turns parts on an inverted spindle that hangs vertically over the work, and the headstock itself goes to the inbound conveyor and lifts each blank, an arrangement Mazak says cuts down on extra robotics. An 8 in chuck rides on that spindle, which reaches 7000 rpm, its motor holding 35.0 hp / 26 kw through a half hour. Machined parts reach 7.000 in across and 4.000 in long, inside an 11.00 in swing, and 12 tools load into an upper turret. Strokes are 34.64 in on X and 11.00 in on Z. Tooling, gauging and part queue stations could come from Mazak together with the automation, for a lone machine or a multi-machine system. Robotic automation was optional, and the footprint is described as compact.
