Mazak's INTEGREX i-200S is a multi-tasking machine with two turning spindles and a milling spindle that has a Y axis and B-axis rotation. Maximum swing is 25.91 in, the largest machining diameter is 25.910 in, bar work reaches 2.6 in and machining length runs to 39.800 in. The main spindle takes an 8 in chuck, turns at up to 5000 rpm and is rated 30.0 hp over 30 minutes. The second spindle also takes an 8 in chuck and runs to 5000 rpm, rated 25.0 hp over 30 minutes. The milling spindle tops out at 12000 rpm with 30 hp at 20 ED and turns through 240 degrees on the B axis. Its tool changer handles fixed turning and rotary tools, with 36 tools as standard and a 72-tool magazine as an option. Travel is 24.21 in in X, 9.84 in in Y, 42.40 in in Z and 41.97 in in W. The control is the Matrix 2, and a bar feeder or a gantry loader can be integrated.
