The BM 2035M from DN Solutions is a fixed-crossrail machining center of double column build, one of the bridge type vertical machines in the BM line. Its three axes move 3500 mm in X, 2050 mm in Y and 800 mm in Z, and 1000 mm separates the table surface from the spindle nose. Every axis has a rapid rate of 16 m/min, or 630 ipm. An ISO#50 taper spindle reaches 12000 r/min, carries a 30 kW rating and develops torque of up to 420 N·m. The table measures 3500 mm by 1850 mm and is rated for workpieces as heavy as 10000 kg. The magazine has room for 40 tools. Footprint figures give a length of 4960 mm, a width of 9540 mm and a height of 4770 mm, and the machine itself weighs 35516 kg.
