And started to replace Left door air cylinder. Found an issue with one of the covers behind left side operators door making contact with the Door. We found screws missing. Cover is now secured and out of the way of door. 12.18.19 Completed installing both sides of air cylinders and manifolds on both sides. 12.19.19 Adjusted air cylinder and disassembled turret to begin rebuilding the milling drive. 12.20.19 Replaced all seals other than two due to not being able to get the collar off to replace PN: C5420-354850 and PN: C6114-400580. They are in the Machine crib by the machine. Also replaced the door open limit switches. $150,000++ worth of work. |
